‘The Difference between the US- Chinese and Russian-Chinese relationships is that we talk about equal stability and respectful dialogue. But the US cannot stand this. The US can only insist on hegemony’ – Sergey Sanakoev.

As Putin’s milestone trip to Beijing wraps up, this episode of RT’s ‘Sanchez Effect’ puts the summit under a microscope, bringing in the president of Russia’s Asia Pacific research center, Sergey Sanakoev, for some expert insight. Rick was surprised that Russia and China signed over 40 documents during the two-day summit. Sanakoev keeps those surprises coming, telling us that the countries sign the same amount every single year. He also didn’t mince words about Donald Trump’s visit to Beijing a week prior, calling the American delegation shockingly unqualified. Sanakoev says Washington had no leverage to dictate terms to China after failing in Iran.

RT correspondent Donald Courter joins us this episode, with live news and views from the big event in Beijing. Get the full story here, on RT International or on BitChute at ‘ricksancheztv’.
