Russian President Vladimir Putin is speaking at the plenary session of the 23nd Annual Meeting of the Valdai Discussion Club in Moscow.
The conference runs from September 28 to October 1 and brings together participants from 40 countries. The theme of the plenary session is ‘Responsibility for the Future: The Limits of Possibility or Possibilities Without Limits’.
